Saleya Riviera Cafe was born over a lunch of oysters and Champagne on the Place Garibaldi at Le Café de Turin. Chef Scott and Gabrielle Alters were influenced by the beauty and hospitality of the city, its cultural heritage and delicious food, to return home and create a restaurant that captured these qualities. Saleya, named after the famous market in Nice, strives to create a joie de vivre that embodies the spirit of the Cote d'Azur and provides our guests with a space to celebrate life and good company.
